Help Kevin Get To Tanzania

In 2019, 1.7 million people were living with HIV in Tanzania, Africa. This equates to an estimated HIV prevalence among adults of 4.8%. In the same year, 77,000 people were newly infected with HIV, and 27,000 people died from an AIDS-related illness. 75% of adults are currently living with HIV; 66% of children are currently living with HIV.

I have partnered with A Broader View Volunteers,  US Non-Profit organization based in the United States, to volunteer in Tanzania with a grassroots health organization based in a rural community outside of Arusha.

As a volunteer, I will support the home for children impacted with HIV/AIDS. The program is helping hundreds of families living with HIV/AIDS and also work to promote HIV education, health and hygiene information as well as a refuge for sick children. I will be supporting the children's home, outreach projects, home visits and other duties and projects the organization is working.

I will be volunteering for 2 weeks in Tanzania starting on June 7th and ending on June 21st. I am so honored to be given the opportunity to lead and have the ability to make a positive impact in the lives of Children Living With HIV.

Any contributions to help me cover the program costs, visa costs, and travel expenses, I would deeply appreciate.

If you can't contribute financially, I could really use the love and support of all of you as I embark on this journey on June 7th!

Thank you all so much!
