Bruecks goes to Belize

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Olivia Bruecks. I find this process of campaigning to be very strange and intimidating but necessary to accomplish a dream I've always had. Helping others.

I am starting this Fundraiser in an attempt to get some funding in regards to traveling to a small town in Belize. I will be working for two weeks at an orphanage. My tasks and responsibilities will range from cleaning, to teaching, to just lending a helping hand or ear. Although I am nervous, I already feel grateful for the opportunity to embark on this experience.

Ever since I was younger I knew I wanted to travel the world learning about different cultures, people and places. I knew I could use my engaging personality to bring some light into others lives. I hope that with the help of some of you I can reach this goal of doing something bigger than I am. If there is any cause who is deserving of some help it it the ones that involve our youth, our future, and the people who help those children every day. If it's a dollar or a million, (just kidding)

I would really appreciate any help I could get. Any money left over after fees and flight, I will be buying school supplies and toys for the children at the orphanage.
